Café Zero Neuf
Set in a converted cattle shed with uninterrupted views of the Pyrénées, Café Zero Neuf is the perfect place to unwind, kick back and relax. Open daily, we serve fresh Workshop coffee, local craft beer and wine and delicious home cooked eats.
We’re passionate about coffee so we’re delighted to be working with London based coffee roasters Workshop Coffee. ‘Clean, sweet and fresh’ is the guiding principle behind every batch of every coffee they produce. Their approach is careful, considered and consistent and that’s reflected in their coffee – it’s why we love working with them. Each shot of espresso is pulled through our gorgeous Rocket Espresso Boxer.
Delicious and nutritious home cooked food is an integral part of life at Zero Neuf and we work closely with a number of excellent local organic producers to ensure only the best ingredients are used in your meals. We are vegan and vegetarian friendly and we are very happy to accommodate individual dietary requirements. Joss also makes yummy cakes, pastries, biscuits, chutneys and pickles using seasonal produce from the Zero Neuf garden; they’re available daily in our café.
Making award-winning, great tasting beer – unfiltered, unpasteurised and conditioned in the bottle or cask is BDQ’s passion. They don’t use any animal products for clarification. Instead, their beers are conditioned naturally, giving them plenty of time to develop a wonderful depth of flavour. Each beer is made with a contemporary twist and a deep respect for tradition.
Join us every Thursday at 10,00am for our weekly café ride. It’s a relaxed and informal spin through the villages of the Ariège and Aude. The distance and terrain varies but chit-chat and laughs are guaranteed.
Rentals are available throughout the year and we have two options for you to choose from, the Giant TCR Advanced Pro Di2 or Giant TCR Advanced 2.
