Nestled amongst six acres of glorious French countryside, rooms at the front of the property look onto our garden, swimming pool and the uninterrupted views of the Pyrénées beyond whilst rooms at the rear of the property have views of the river l’Hers and our local village of Gaudiès.
Our accommodation works for large and small groups, families, couples and singles; it’s a blend of modern comforts, original features and neutral tones.

The Granary
Sleeps 4
The farm’s former grain store has been transformed into stylish accommodation for up to 4 people. With a large en-suite master bedroom, mezzanine bedroom and snug, a family bathroom and an open plan lounge and kitchen with views of the Pyrénées. It’s been lovingly restored with reclaimed oak beams, whitewashed walls and handmade furnishings by Joss.
The Hay Loft
Sleeps 4
An apartment like space spread across the top of the main house in what was the farm’s hay loft, it offers spacious accommodation for up to 4 people. With two large bedrooms, a shared bathroom and cosy lounge area, it’s ideal for families or friends. It’s a lovely mix of modern comforts, original features and neutral tones.
The Farmhouse
Sleeps 14
The Farmhouse dates from the late 1800s and was built from local river stone and timber. When booked in its entirety the accommodation consists of our three large en-suite bedrooms, The Granary, The Hay Loft and a ground floor with large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and the exclusive use of The Cowshed – it’s perfect for large groups.
The Rose Room
Sleeps 2
King size bed with ensuite shower room, situated at the front of The Farmhouse with views of the Pyrénées, countryside and garden. Available as a double or twin room.
The Blue Room
Sleeps 2-3
The largest of the new rooms, king size bed with ensuite shower room and space for a third bed if needed. Situated at the rear of The Farmhouse with views of the river l’Hers and Gaudies village. Available as a double or twin room.
The Green Room
Sleeps 2
King size bed with ensuite shower room, situated at the rear of The Farmhouse with views of the river l’Hers and Gaudies village. Available as a double or twin room.
The Garden
Relax in six acres of space, cool off in our saltwater swimming pool or grab a drink and snack in The Cow Shed. Pick organic fruit and vegetables and enjoy uninterrupted views of the Pyrénées.
Listen out for nightingales and golden orioles and watch raptors circling high above the garden. Snooze in a hammock, watch kingfishers on the river, read a book on a lounger. Switch. Off.
